Option 2 - Do it Yourself - I want the whole pig

This option is for the budget minded, serve it yourself customer. You want to serve a whole pig, but you are reluctant to cook the whole pig yourself!  We slow charcoal roast a whole, skin on, head on pig to perfection. We deliver the pig on our portable roaster to your home. We show you how to carve the pig. You brag to your friends how you stayed up all night cooking the pig and look like a hero! When you are done, we will return a few days later to pick up the roaster. Minimum of 50 people!
